Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on zandley.com. By placing an order, you accept the following conditions:

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all product sales concluded between Zandley and any customer placing an order through the website zandley.com. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Slight variations (colors, dimensions, etc.) may occur and do not constitute grounds for a claim. Photographs are not contractual.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is free unless otherwise stated. Zandley reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is placed.

4. Orders & payment

Orders are placed exclusively through our website and paid via our secure payment system. An order is final once payment has been confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Zandley reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a payment issue, suspected fraud, or an abnormal order.

5. Delivery

Standard shipping is free, with an estimated delivery time of 6–9 business days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; Zandley cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns, refunds & withdrawal

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or an exchange, under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. Customers residing in the United Kingdom or the European Union additionally benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return has been received and inspected.

7. Warranty

Our products are covered by a 30-day guarantee against manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions. Statutory warranties applicable in your country or state of residence remain unaffected.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zandley's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country or state of residence. In the event of a dispute, please first contact our customer service at support@zandley.com; if no amicable solution can be found, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in France.
