Your knee isn't the problem. It's where the force goes.
With every step, every stair, every time you get up from a chair, your body sends a huge force through one tiny point, just below your kneecap.
One single point. About the size of a quarter.
Classic knee braces wrap the whole joint. They spread the pressure everywhere, and target it nowhere.
It's not a knee brace. It's smaller. On purpose.
A knee brace wraps the whole joint in neoprene and hopes that's enough. It's like bandaging your whole arm when you only cut one finger.
The StrideFlex™ Knee Strap does one thing. It applies pressure on the exact point where the force builds up, and redirects it.
Picture a door that sticks and scrapes. You can oil the hinges, sand the edge, force it shut every time. Or you can straighten the frame, and the door opens without any effort.
StrideFlex straightens the frame.
It stays exactly where you put it.
The #1 complaint about knee straps on the market: they slide.
During lunges. On a run. On a simple walk to the coffee shop. You spend more time readjusting it than wearing it.
The StrideFlex silicone pad grips your skin and locks in place: on a 10K, on a muddy trail, through a long day on your feet.
It stays put.
Wear it 10 hours. Forget it's there.
Most knee supports turn your leg into a sauna in under 30 minutes. “I bought a knee brace and took it off after an hour because my leg was dripping.” Sound familiar?
StrideFlex uses an airy fabric that lets air flow through. Less sweat. Less itching. Less irritation.
Wear it under pants. Under leggings. With a sports sock. Nobody will see it's there. But your knee will feel it.
Frequently asked questions
How is it different from a knee brace?
How is it different from a knee brace?
A knee brace wraps the whole joint and compresses everything. It limits movement, it gets hot, and it doesn't really target where the problem is. The StrideFlex™ Knee Strap applies targeted pressure on one precise point, the patellar tendon, to ease the load right there.
I've already tried knee braces and sleeves. Nothing worked. Why would this one be different?
I've already tried knee braces and sleeves. Nothing worked. Why would this one be different?
Because those products weren't aiming at the right spot. Sleeves compress the whole knee. Braces lock the whole joint. Neither one targets the tendon, where the force really concentrates. If they didn't work for you, it isn't because your knee is a lost cause: they were simply aiming at the wrong place. This strap targets that precise point. And you have 90 days to see if it works for you.
It looks really small. Does it actually work?
It looks really small. Does it actually work?
We hear that a lot, and we get it. But a bandage is small too. A scalpel is smaller than a sledgehammer, and far more precise. Size isn't the point. Precision is. The strap is small because it only needs to target one spot.
Will it fit my knee?
Will it fit my knee?
Yes. The adjustable hook-and-loop band adapts to most body types: slim, athletic or stronger legs. No size chart. No measuring tape. Wrap it, tighten it, done.
Will it slip during exercise?
Will it slip during exercise?
It's designed not to. The silicone pad grips your skin and stays locked in place, on a run, on a hike or through a long day on your feet.
Can I wear it all day?
Can I wear it all day?
Yes. The breathable fabric means less sweat, less itching and less discomfort, even after 10 hours. Wear it under pants, leggings, or with a sports sock. Invisible, but effective. Take it off when you rest.
How do I know I'm wearing it correctly?
How do I know I'm wearing it correctly?
Three steps: find your kneecap. Place the silicone pad two fingers below it. Tighten until it feels snug, not too tight. 10 seconds, done. The full step-by-step is also in the free eBook that comes with the Buy 1 Get 1 and Buy 2 Get 2 offers.

Customer Reviews
Got it today (9/10) and went out for a 5.4-mile run. I can tell it works, no pain in my (left) knee. I did tighten the strap too much though, it felt a bit like a tourniquet behind the knee.
Zandley replied:
Hi Greg, thanks for your feedback, glad your 5.4-mile run went pain-free! About the tourniquet feeling: the strap doesn’t need to be very tight to work. Center the silicone pad right below your kneecap, then tighten firmly but comfortably. It should stay in place when you move without squeezing the back of your knee. If the feeling comes back, loosen it one notch. And take it off if you’re sitting for a long time. Happy running, Chloe, Zandley Customer Care
Like a lot of people, I didn’t believe in it after trying most of the knee braces out there… I just got back from a 47-mile bike ride with 3,600 ft of climbing: zero pain, and I forgot I was wearing the strap. Also tried it on a few short hikes, less convincing going downhill than uphill, but since I couldn’t even walk before, I’m thrilled (arthritis and patellar tendinitis). I’ll keep up my usual routine of ice + stretching. This is my honest, real review, not sponsored in any way.
Walking without pain thanks to this strap
I’m 68 with advanced arthritis in my knee. I was limping when I walked, and the big knee braces were too bulky. This little strap goes on in 30 seconds and I’m walking normally again. Why did no specialist ever tell me about this kind of product? Real relief every day.
Spot on, takes the pressure off my kneecaps
Very good, gives a lot of relief, super easy to put on, barely slides. I’m very happy with it.
I bought it without really believing in it because my knee is in really bad shape, and I’m blown away! No more pain when I walk, especially going downhill, just incredible! And the best part is I can still feel the difference after I take the strap off!
Straps
Very easy to put on and really eases my kneecap.
Very good
Patellar straps I bring along on every big trail run and long outing, just in case. Comfortable, no more pain on the steepest descents, less joint fatigue. Only downside might be some rubbing when wearing both. But overall very satisfied.
Pure magic
Knees operated on and re-operated (meniscus and ACL). I work at a campground so lots of walking. In this heat I gave it a try, and nothing in the world would make me go back to those big braces with metal: hot, sliding up or down, and the pain still there. These are comfortable and sturdy, they support exactly where they need to, and no more pain.
Satisfied
Effective, and the product is the quality I expected.
Didn’t work for me, but top-notch customer service
I have tendinitis in both knees and bought these straps hoping they’d ease the pain when I walk. Turns out they don’t work for me, they don’t fit the shape of my knee joints. However, when I contacted customer service about it, they kindly refunded me. So 4 stars for the customer service.
Easy to wear
Effective and easy to put on.
Great value for the money
Good product, comfortable, doesn’t get in the way. Easy to adjust.
Fasteners a bit long
I use this kind of product to relieve patellofemoral arthritis so I can keep running, which is essential for me as a type 2 diabetic. Support is decent, but I find the fasteners on each side too long, which limits how much you can overlap them behind the knee. Still an effective product, but it could be improved.
Still just as effective after several months
I’ve been using it for several months and the velcro still holds perfectly. Excellent comfort and support. I can’t do without it on my daily walks.
Good support
I’m giving it 4 because I’ve only used it once for a 5.6-mile run, but I find the support good quality, it doesn’t move no matter how I move. I’ll update after more use.
Great quality
Very good product, good quality.
Comfortable even after hours
What I like most is that the band is wide enough behind the knee. No pinching in the back of the knee, even after several hours. Perfect hold, I totally forget it. Excellent, well-designed product.
Good product, good value
Very good product.
Doesn’t bother the back of the knee
It’s not uncomfortable like a knee brace. I wear it whenever I work out and it supports me well during my jogs. It works.
So much better than a bulky knee brace
The big wraparound knee braces were too hot and bulky. This strap is much more discreet and pleasant. It supports right where it should, under the kneecap. Invisible under pants.
Effective
Delivered quickly. Quality product. Effective.
Very practical
Practical and easy to put on. Does its job well.
Finally a solution for cycling
I ride a road bike and had pain in my right knee. This strap holds the patellar tendon well during the effort. It doesn’t move and doesn’t restrict movement. For senior cyclists, it’s perfect.
Good quality
Perfect, exactly what I expected.
While I wait for surgery, it’s a lifesaver
I’m waiting for surgery for significant knee arthritis, but in the meantime this strap lets me live almost normally. It really eases the pain. I recommend it to anyone with arthritis.
Running is possible again at 58
I thought I’d have to stop running because of patellofemoral arthritis. This strap let me keep running, which is essential for my health. The support is good, it doesn’t slip. For runners of a certain age, it’s ideal.
Good support
Excellent knee support for walking or sports. Remember to take them off when sitting, because then they get uncomfortable.
Strap for the patellar tendon
Good support, and it takes the load off my inflamed patellar tendon. Totally satisfied with this purchase, it’s a real relief for my tendon and I walk normally without limping thanks to this knee strap.
No more pain on the stairs
I had patellar chondropathy with pain every time I went down stairs. I felt like my knee was going to give out. Since I’ve been wearing this band under my kneecap, I feel my knee held in line. So comfortable!
Still hiking at 63
Despite arthritis in my left knee, I keep hiking in the mountains thanks to this strap. Easy to put on, very decent support for several hours. I also use it for painful descents. Remarkable product.
